为解决电子设备高热通量下的散热问题,采用H2O2氧化法对烧结毛细芯进行了超亲水改性,研究了毛细芯表面润湿性对吸液性能的影响。并将改性后的超亲水毛细芯应用到环路热管内,研究了倾斜角度及加热功率对超亲水毛细芯环路热管的换热特性的影响。实验结果表明:超亲水毛细芯的吸液速度增加,吸液时间较亲水毛细芯减小了3.52ms;与普通亲水毛细芯环路热管相比,在加热功率Q=200W时,超亲水毛细芯环路热管蒸发器中心温度降低了约6.0℃,在Q=20W时启动时间与温度分别降低了33s与2.5℃。同时发现超亲水毛细芯环路热管在正重力状态时的运行温度更低,热阻较小,最低热阻仅为0.084℃/W。 相似文献

为了进一步提高回路热管仿真精度并丰富回路热管实验研究方法,本文对回路热管瞬态传质进行实验研究。使用高精度质量流量计分别对以丙酮、乙醇、丙烯为工质的回路热管进行不同负载功率下的质量流量测量研究。结果表明:启动阶段,热负载10W时,丙烯回路比丙酮回路热管启动快,且两者的温度稳定均滞后于质量流量;稳定阶段,随着热负载功率增大,不同工质的回路热管的平均质量流量均线性增长,而瞬态质量流量则持续波动,其质量流量波动幅度均呈现先减小后增大的趋势。质量流量波动幅度会受到气体工质的可压缩性与作用在毛细芯内部上的热量的共同影响。通过频谱分析发现,液相质量流量波动还会受到冷凝器两相区的影响。高热负载下,作用在毛细芯内部上的热量占主导地位,质量流量波动加剧,同时出现周期性大幅波动,且其波动频率随着热负载增大而增大。 相似文献

为得到减振弹性管对下锭胆的支承弹性和锭子高速运动下的稳定性等性能的最优匹配效率,依据减振弹性管的等效抗弯刚度及底部等效刚度系数公式,利用MatLab数值分析软件构建弹性管抗弯刚度和底部挠度数学模型。首先,结合Isight优化软件基于径向基神经网络构建其近似模型,且使精度达到可接受水平,并以模型的关键结构参数弹性模量、螺距、槽宽、壁厚为设计变量,结合遗传算法对弹性管抗弯刚度和底部挠度进行多目标优化设计,得到Pareto最优解集和Pareto前沿图,确定出减振弹性管结构工艺参数的优化方案。通过对优化数据进行分析发现,该方案在保证减振弹性管弹性的同时,其底部振幅明显减弱。 相似文献

The supervision of a hybrid power plant, including solar panels, a gas microturbine and a storage unit operating under varying solar power profiles is considered. The Economic Supervisory Predictive controller assigns the power references to the controlled subsystems of the hybrid cell using a financial criterion. A prediction of the renewable sources power is embedded into the supervisor. Results deteriorate when the solar power is unsteady, owing to the inaccuracy of the predictions for a long-range horizon of 10 s. The receding horizon is switched between an upper and a lower value according to the amplitude of the solar power trend. Theoretical results show the relevance of horizon switching, according to a tradeoff between performance and prediction accuracy. Experimental results, obtained in a Hardware In the Loop (HIL) framework, show the relevance of the variable horizon approach. Power amplifiers allow us to simulate virtual components, such as a gas microturbine, and to blend their powers with that of real devices (storage unit, real solar panels). In this case, fuel savings, reaching 15%, obtained under unsteady operating conditions lead to a better overall performance of the hybrid cell. The present work reports the realization of an analog fractional‐order phase‐locked loop (FPLL) using a fractional capacitor. The expressions for bandwidth, capture range, and lock range of the FPLL have been derived analytically and then compared with the experimental observations using LM565 IC. It has been observed that bandwidth and capture range can be extended by using FPLL. 针对大型旋转机械通过临界转速时振动过大及运行中故障频发等问题,搭建转子试验台,模拟启停机过程和碰摩、不对中故障。不改变原有支撑形式,安装自主设计的磁流变阻尼器,在不停机的情况下,试验研究阻尼器抑制转子通过临界转速时振动过大及各类故障振动。试验结果表明,阻尼器可以有效抑制转子系统临界转速附近的振动,降幅在60%以上;转子发生碰摩或不对中故障时,阻尼器可以降低其高倍频振动。 相似文献

The topic of value creation through the recovery of returned products in closed loop supply chains is scattered across various bodies of literature. We undertake a systematic literature review of 144 articles in relevant green, reverse and closed loop supply chain literature to synchronize existing knowledge on value creation. Value manifestations of four types of value, namely economic, environmental, information and customer value, are identified. Value adding concepts from the forward- and reverse supply chain may leverage the process of value creation. They are classified into six subclasses, namely partnerships and collaboration, product design characteristics, service concepts, IT solutions, supply chain processes and organizational characteristics. We present a conceptual framework on a strategic level. In this way companies can create competitive advantages by closing the loop. The results of the literature analysis suggest avenues for future research on the operational and strategic level. 相似文献

采用光学显微镜(OM)、维氏硬度计、热动态分析仪、X射线衍射(XRD)、多功能内耗仪等,研究了Sn含量对Mg-xSn-1Mn合金显微组织、阻尼性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当Sn含量从2%增加到8%时,Mg-xSn-1Mn合金的枝晶间隙呈现细化的趋势,硬度从43.84 HV0.1增加至54.00 HV0.1,呈单调增加的趋势。应变无关阻尼随着Sn含量的增加呈现先增后减的趋势,在Sn含量为4%时达到最大,应变相关阻尼则随着Sn含量的增加呈现逐渐减小的趋势。在低温阶段,相同Sn含量的合金的阻尼随着频率的增大呈现增加的趋势;但在高温下,阻尼值在低频时的上升速率比高频时快,并随着温度的升高,低频阻尼和高频阻尼趋向于相等。当Sn含量不同时,随着温度的升高,Sn含量较高的合金的阻尼值上升速率变快。 相似文献

Induction machines (IM) constitute a theoretically interesting and practically important class of nonlinear systems. They are frequently used as wind generators for their power/cost ratio. They are described by a fifth‐order nonlinear differential equation with two inputs and only three state variables available for measurement. The control task is further complicated by the fact that IM are subject to unknown (load) disturbances and the parameters can be of great uncertainty. One is then faced with the challenging problem of controlling a highly nonlinear system, with unknown time‐varying parameters, where the regulated output, besides being unmeasurable, is perturbed by an unknown additive signal. Passivity‐based control (PBC) is a well‐established structure‐preserving design methodology which has shown to be very powerful to design robust controllers for physical systems described by Euler‐Lagrange equations of motion. PBCs provide a natural procedure to "shape" the potential energy yielding controllers with a clear physical interpretation in terms of interconnection of the system with its environment and are robust vis á vis to unmodeled dissipative effects. One recent approach of PBC is the Interconnection and Damping Assignment Passivity‐Based Control (IDA‐PBC) which is a very useful technique to control nonlinear systems assigning a desired (Port‐Controlled Hamiltonian) structure to the closed‐loop. The aim of this paper is to give a survey on different PBC of IM.
